Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a 20% deduction. If an order has already entered processing or production, a deduction of 30–40% may apply depending on the stage of production.

No cancellation requests will be accepted after 5 days of order confirmation, and orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices displayed on our website are accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.
