We want you to feel confident when shopping with Top Celeb Jackets. Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

General Return Policy

Product colors may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or manufacturing variations. Minor differences of this nature do not qualify as a defect or incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return, the jacket must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A valid reason for the return is also required. Returns are not accepted simply due to a change of mind.

For security purposes, all return requests and order-related claims must be submitted using the original email address provided at checkout.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before placing an order. If an incorrect size is selected by the customer, a refund may not be available. We may offer an exchange where applicable, and additional charges may apply.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers must request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a 20% deduction from the total amount paid.
  • If an order has already entered processing or production, a deduction of 30–40% may apply depending on the stage of production.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after 5 days of order confirmation.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized jackets
  • Jackets made using customer-provided measurements
  • Items with non-standard sizing requested by the customer
  • Used or worn jackets
  • Items returned without their original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer use or negligence

Proof of purchase may be required to process a return.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply in certain circumstances, including:

  • The item shows signs of use or wear
  • The item is returned in an altered or damaged condition
  • Original parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
  • The return is made outside the eligible return period
